Retained Search: A Retained Search is generally reserved for an exclusive or sensitive assignment and requires a financial commitment on the part of the client prior to beginning the search. This type of search offers more flexibility and resources to meet the critical client requirements. Retained Searches are geared for clients who have shown a commitment to filling positions through our firm, and a commitment to manage the process within their firm. A Retain Search will take priority over a Contingency Search.

Contingency Search: Contingency Searches provide a fast quality service. Full search placement fees are contingent on the hiring of a referred candidate. Fees for this service are predetermined at the start of the search and based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year’s compensation.
